I am a child of God, and I am excited to finally open this door that I believe God has put before me. Starting this website and taking some of my Bible studies public is a door that I have come to several times over the past few years. Each time I found myself at this door I felt something pulling me toward it, but I did not possess the key to open it. There was always a block, something that stood in my way and I could not open the door. I would pass it by, leaving it closed, but I would continue to contemplate, pray and search for the key that would open that door and allow me to enter. One thing I was certain of, I wanted God to Lead me through that door at the right time, and I knew in my heart that He would, in HIS time. I also prayed that he would continue to be my guide through whatever I found on the other side of that door once it was opened. On, August 21, 2019, is the day, I was able to open that door and let the Holy Spirit begin to guide me on a new Journey. If you are reading this. I hope you will join me in prayer and Bible study, as the Holy Spirit guides us to a more personal relationship with God. Let's study and pray together to see what God has in store for each of us.
A little about: Debbie Welch
I was born on May 4, 1961
My husband Larry and I married on February 16, 1979. I was 17 years old and Larry was 21 years old. One year and one day later my oldest daughter Tierra was born. Three years later my youngest daughter Raini was born. They have both grown up, married and have families of their own. Only years of prayer brought these wonderful men to be my son-n-laws. Tierra married Joe and Raini married Joey. I now have 3 of the most adorable grandkids in the world. Tierra's children are: Søren and Tessa and Raini's daughter is: Stormi.
I was a school teacher for 32 years, here in the great state of Texas, where I live. I am now retired and spend a great deal of my time with my grandchildren. I still have a passion for teaching and a love for all things technology related. So, I decided to put my passion and love together to share the word of God on the internet. I love spending time with my grandchildren, being outdoors, and traveling. Now that I am retired I get to do these things often. I'm also finding time now to complete some sewing and craft projects that I never seemed to have time for during the working chapters of my life. I also enjoy photography (as an amature for sure) you can see a few of my photos taken while on a Mission Trip to Belize, in nature as I walk and from my own yard and gardens, at the top of each webpage on this website.
I now am beginning a chapter of my life, where the hustle and bustle of an over crowded schedule is behind me and I truly enjoy the quiet, peaceful times each day has to offer. A good cup of coffee, the Good Book, and my journals are the way I love to begin and end each day. It always seems to make everything in the middle run so much smoother. What better way to spend those quiet, peaceful times than in prayer and study, building a closer relationship with God.

A little about: Debbie Welch UPDATE!
My retirement life did not stay hustle and bustle free for very long. It seems that my time to quickly became busier than it was when I was working full time. I'm not sure when I ever found time for a full time JOB. It seems that when you retire everyone you so dearly love in life begins to think that they need to help you fill that time. It happened every so subtly, but none the less I found my time consumed and busy. Then COVID hit, things shut down, but life at home became very busy, and my attention to this outreach website became less for a short time.
Now that life is beginning to get back to normal, and I'm learning to set some boundaries. I am finding that I have regained some time to pick up and begin again on this endeavor to share the word of God. As I pick up and begin again, I have a new vision for how these pages should look and respond to visitors. With reconstruction complete , new pages and content added, I hope you will find inspiration and stimulating bible study as you read through the pages and listen to the videos and podcasts. I ask that you please drop a comment or an email if a button does not work or a page seems incomplete and I will get it fixed as soon as possible. I hope you like the updates, and I hope you will visit often to see the new posts as they happen.
